Q4 2023 Featured Building Improvements

Canyon Place Office Park

At Canyon Place Office Park (our 130,757 square foot office project in San Ramon, CA), over $1.4 million was invested in refreshing the exterior landscaping with a new clean look that also incorporated low water demands and low maintenance costs, painting the interior courtyard atriums and modernizing many of the vacant suites with LED lighting and general suite improvements. Leasing vacant office space continues to be a major challenge given the overall lack of demand from users and having this particular asset look its best is a crucial piece of the puzzle.

Benicia Industrial Park

At Benicia Industrial Park, $830,000 was allocated to remove and replace a major section of asphalt pavement in the loading dock areas.

Lodi Wine & Business Center

Approximately $830,000 was spent on asphalt repairs, new water lines, electrical panels, new aluminum stairways in the inside concrete tank farm, and refreshing the foam insulation on several stainless-steel tanks in the outside tank farm.

Adams Business Center

Approximately $340,000 was spent for new building signage, fresh painting of selected areas, exterior LED lighting, several new HVAC units, and multiple suite improvements.

Buskirk Executive Center

Approximately $380,000 was spent on upgrades for new entry doors, façade and signage improvements, interior painting, and LED lighting in the parking lot, hallways, and garage.
